We value open communication and transparency in pricing. Our quotes are simple, the first clean (even if it's a one-time service) will always have a flat initial service fee added to the cleaning services provided. Using a square foot method of pricing and services rendered you will always know what to expect and there are no hidden fees! Our professional quoting and invoicing allow you to see exactly what you are paying for. Your Client Hub allows you to request additional services, send messages to the team and pay your invoice quickly and conveniently.
We prefer our evaluations be done face to face but certainly can quote, invoice, book services, and set up your customer hub over the phone. You will have the ability to set up recurring visits, pay invoices and communicate to our team using your secure, customer hub.
Basic Cleaning
Includes all the basics such as floors, countertops, toilets, and showers. This is our maintenance clean that we perform on recurring clients and is NOT INTENDED FOR HOMES THAT ARE NOT WELL MAINTAINED.
- Ceiling fans & light fixtures (dusted)
- Cobwebs (removed)
- Blinds (dusted only – to minimize breakage)
- Windowsills & lock ledges (dusted)
- Baseboards (dry dusted)
- Lamps & lampshades (dusted)
- Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted, any surface with 6 or more knick-knacks will be feather dusted)
- Furniture (dusted)
- Refrigerator exterior cleaned.
- Outside of appliances
- Microwave (inside & outside)
- Stove-top & drip pans
- Cabinets & drawers (spot cleaned)
- Light plate switches (spot cleaned)
- Countertops
- Sinks
- Top of washing machine & dryer
- Mirrors
- Tub/shower & tile
- Bathroom counters & fixtures
- Toilets
- Wastebaskets (emptied/relined, kitchen trash is not relined)
- Stairs (vacuumed/swept, mopped, dusted)

Deep Cleaning
Includes all of the "Basic Clean" and in addition our selection of deep cleaning tasks that are intended to be done 2-3 times a year to keep your home maintained. Can be added to your first clean or as needed.

Move In/ Out Basic Cleaning
Includes all of the "Basic Clean" and in addition all of those deeper tasks that you can't get to when the home is occupied like handwashing of the interior of cabinets and drawers, hand washing of closets and pantry shelving.

The Heavy
* Add On
For homes with recent construction or remodeling, heavy mold in bathrooms, build-up, grease around the stove/oven, large amounts of pet hair, floors that need a second mopping, etc... This allows for extra time in the home.
*can be added to any clean as a one-time upgrade, if build-up is deemed excessive upon our arrival, we will contact you to discuss options
Additional Add-Ons Services:
Inside the Refrigerator
* Price per fridge, all contents removed prior to cleaning, we handwash all shelves' drawers etc. Does not include the freezer area unless full defrosted before arrival. We will not throw away contents.
Inside The Oven
*Price per oven, self-cleaning cycle must be run prior to cleaning allowing time for the oven to cool.
Bed Sheet Change
* price per bed and a bunk bed counts as 2, please leave clean bed sheets by the bed
Move In/ Out Deep Cleaning
Includes all of the "Basic Clean", the "Deep Clean" and in addition the all of those deeper tasks that you can't get to when the home is occupied like handwashing of the interior of cabinets and drawers, hand washing of closets and pantry shelving.

Before and After
Events and parties get messy. Event cleanup is great if you are currently preparing for a major event, or to clean up after one. Let us take care of these cleanings so you can focus on all the other party details!
